Take care of the body you were given. On purpose.

Strength coaching for men who want a strong body and want to understand what to do and how to do it — even when I'm not there. Isayah P., five years of being someone people can get the right info from, in Swansea, Massachusetts.

01

Where most men are

You've been lifting. You still can't say why.

You've watched the videos, copied the split, pushed weight you didn't earn, and quit the plan the week life got heavy. The scale moves or it doesn't. The old injury still talks. And on any day nobody is watching, you honestly don't know what to do.

Programs handed to you, never explained.

Hard days trained like easy days, easy days wasted.

A body that looks trained but doesn't move well.

Progress that stops the second the coach stops.

02

The method

Teach it, then hand it over

I get to know the client, see the goal, understand where the limits are — then the 3x3x3 rule goes to work so you get stronger, look better, and your own quality of life gets easier.

Powerlifting

It starts with your PRs. Once I know them I have a ground on your form, the pace of the lift, and whether today is an easy day or a hard one — depending on how you feel after the day or the week you had.

Yoga

Flexibility, plainly. Exercising the body so it understands it needs to stretch and create blood flow — that is how you keep balance and a functional state of body and mind.

HIIT & Cardio

Superset cardio exercises combined together so the body burns calories while it rests. Cardio is however you run it. Bodybuilding is what you want to improve and achieve within this and three years from now.

If you cannot be quiet to listen and observe, this sport of bodybuilding is only narrowed to so much.

Founding clients

Be my next success story.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. What I can show you today is the method, the reasoning behind every session, and the fact that I'll teach you until you don't need me standing there.

Built on Purpose

What changes, and what stays

Stewardship, plainly stated: you were given one body and the work is respecting it. Here is what that looks like after a few honest months.

A body that holds up

Stronger under the bar, looser through the hips, steadier on the days that used to wreck you. The 3x3x3 rule is built so your own quality of life gets easier, not just your lift numbers.

Language you actually own

You learn the language of lifting: why the set is there, why the rep speed matters, when to push and when to sit down. If you cannot teach it, you have not learned it.

Training that runs without me

The point of the whole thing. You know what to do and how to do it when I am not standing there — and it still works.

How it works

Four steps, in order

No guesswork about what happens after you send a message.
  1. We talk first

I get to know you and your goal before anything gets programmed. Where you are, where your limits sit right now, what your week actually looks like.

  2. We find your numbers

PRs, movement, honest starting points. No max-out theatre, no ego lifts on day one — post-injury bodies get worked around, not through.

  3. The 3x3x3 rule goes on

Your training gets built on my 3x3x3 rule so you get stronger and look better on a track you can hold, whether that is powerlifting, yoga, HIIT, cardio, or all of it.

  4. You take it over

Every session you leave knowing what you did and why. That is the handoff — the day the program keeps working without me is the day it worked.

The coach

Isayah P.

Swansea, Massachusetts. Five years coaching, a lot longer under the bar. It started with a trainer named Orlando who answered every question I had and taught me how to teach — that's the standard I hold myself to now. I train the way I was taught: get the info right, say it plainly, and treat training the body you were given as something you do on purpose rather than something you get through.

Being someone to hype someone up, achieve their goals and being someone people can get the right info is all I want in life.

Straight answers

Before you write to me

I don't know where to start.

Then you are starting in the right place. You do not need to arrive knowing anything. I get to know you, see your goal, find where your limits are, and build from there. My job is to be the guide — being someone you can get the right info from is the whole reason I do this.

I've tried programs before and they didn't stick.

A program you were handed and never understood was never yours. I teach you the reasoning as we go, so the plan bends to the day and the week you had instead of breaking. Understanding is what makes it stick.

I don't have time to be in the gym daily.

You don't need daily. The point is that you know what to do and how to do it when I'm not there. We build around the days you actually have, and the training goes with you — including the online option.

I'm coming back from an injury.

Then we work with where your limits are today, not where they used to be. Yoga and mobility carry more weight early: stretch, blood flow, balance, a functional state of body and mind. Load comes after that, on purpose.

Let's get you strong, and get you sure.

So their own quality in life becomes easier — that's the whole job. Tell me your goal and where you're starting.
