BLACK PANTHÁH

Real ones, or none at all

I'm five years in and I'd rather show you nothing than show you someone else's transformation photo. So here is what I can prove: how progress gets measured, and what the timeline honestly looks like.
01

What gets measured

Four things I watch

  1. Your PRs

Written down from day one and revisited on schedule. They tell me your form, your rep pace, and whether the plan is actually loading you or just tiring you out.

  2. Working weights

The weight you move on your normal sets matters more than a max you hit once. When your everyday sets go up, the body changed.

  3. Movement and range

Can you sit into the squat, get overhead without your ribs flaring, stand up from the floor without thinking about it? Stretching and blood flow are tracked like a lift.

  4. Accountability cadence

Sessions attended, check-ins answered, food logged if we're tracking it. Boring to read, decisive in outcome.

Honest timelines

What happens, and when

Weeks 1–4

Technique and consistency. Lifts often jump fast here because you're learning the movement, not because muscle appeared yet. Soreness settles down.

Months 2–3

Strength gets obvious. Working weights climb, clothes fit differently, people who see you often start noticing before you do.

Months 6–12

Real physique change, if the food supported it. This is the range most men never reach because they quit at the flat part in month two.

3 years

Bodybuilding is what my client wants to improve and achieve within this and three years later. You train for the long one and get paid in the short one.

What my clients want was to have a strong body and understand what to do and how to do it even when I'm not there and it works.

The result, in a client's words

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
