Three ways to work together
In Person
One on one in Swansea, taught rep by rep.
We start with a conversation, not a workout. I get to know you, see what your goal is, and understand where your limits sit today. Then I need your PRs — once I know them I have a ground on how your form is and the pace of that lift, and I can tell whether you want to go easy or hard that day depending on how you feel after the day or week you had.
From there the 3x3x3 rule shapes the block: work that makes you stronger, work that makes you look better, and work that makes your own quality of life easier. Powerlifting carries the strength. Yoga is flexibility — exercising the body so it understands it needs to stretch and create blood flow, to keep balance and a functional state of body and mind. HIIT is superset cardio combined so the body burns calories while it rests.
Every session you leave knowing what you did and why you did it. That's not a bonus, it's the deliverable.
Nutrition
Food that supports the training, in plain numbers.
Training is the request and food is the answer. If the food doesn't support the work, the work doesn't show up in the mirror or on the bar. So we set honest targets — calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, water — against your actual weight, your activity, and whether you're trying to lose fat or add size.
No banned-food lists, no plan built around meals you'd never eat. You get a sample day that adds up, you get the reasoning behind the numbers, and you get taught how to adjust them yourself when your weight or your schedule moves. Start with the calculator on the nutrition page to see roughly where you land, then we tune it together.
Online
Programming and check-ins when you're not in my gym.
For men who can't get to Swansea, or who train around shift work and travel. You get the same method written down: the lifts, the pace, the flexibility work, and what to do when the week goes sideways instead of a plan that assumes it won't.
Check-ins keep it honest — form video, PR updates, how the week actually felt. Cardio is however you do it with your running. Bodybuilding is what you want to improve and achieve within this and three years later, and both timelines get planned for.
The measure of success is the same as in person: you know what to do and how to do it when I'm not there, and it works.
